Metis Recruit is a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). During the recruitment process, we may contact you using the provided contact details. We reserve the right to research public comments and opinions on social media platforms.

Personal data will only be processed for recruitment/selection purposes and for subsequent employment/placement. If successful, your data will be held for the duration of your employment and for a reasonable period after termination.

In the case of an unsuccessful application, personal information will be held for 1 year.

We may share personal information with group companies, suppliers, and subcontractors for administrative activities related to employment.

We may disclose your information to government bodies for legal compliance, to credit reference agencies for checks, and to fraud prevention databases if necessary.
